The Marigold Day Parade & Festival is an annual event that highlights our vibrant community with colorful floats adorned with marigolds, along with an exciting car show. Participate for a chance to win cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, as well as the People's Choice Award! Make sure to complete your parade float registration to be eligible for the People's Choice Award, ensuring your float is decorated with marigolds. Don't forget to sign up for car show registration as well. Enjoy free registration until June 1 by filling out your form online.

Award Ceremony for 1st place "Marigold Best in Show", "Mayor's Choice" , "Hottest pick by Fire Chief" also awards for "Best Paint" , "Best Engine" and "Best Interior". FREE Registration. before June 1, 2026. First 75 contestants receive a free commemorative Marigold Day Placard. ($10 suggested donation)

Participants must arrive by 4pm to participate in the parade

Parade 5pm -6pm

Car Show from 3pm - 9pm

5pm judging ends, 7pm awards ceremony begins.

Car Show located at Williamstown Baptist 214 N. Main Street

LINE UP CARS PARTICIPATING IN PARADE & CAR SHOW:

214 N. Main St. Williamstown, KY

PARADE RULES:

You must register your business or organization by Junne 1 to be guaranteed a spot. Day of registration available on first come, first serve basis.
Parade starts at 5pm ends at 6pm
Check in for parade line up 3pm - 4:30pm Saturday, June 13 (400 N. Main) receive your line up assignment.
Parade route starts at City Building 400 N. Main St. travels south bound through downtown then left at Paris St. then left on Johnson St. where participants are encouraged to disembark and park and enjoy the festivities.
You may pass out candy along the parade route using, no throwing candy or any other items.
All representation must be family friendly
All participants must follow the parade route and obey law enforcement and city instructions.
You must design and decorate your float with the Marigold theme.
Limited free decorations available on a first come first serve basis starting at 3:00pm line up.
Floats must be ready to roll and lined up by 4:30pm
Participation is at your own risk, please be safe!
