VENDOR INFORMATION
ATTENTION VENDORS We are excited to have your participation on Saturday, September 20 for the Marigold Day Parade & Festival. Please read these important instructions so things run smoothly and we have a successful event.
All vendors must adhere to the state regulations. This means all retail merchants must collect sales tax and have business licenses. Food vendors must have their health department permits posted and visible. For more information call NK Health Department (859) 363-2027. The deadline to apply for a temporary health permit is 9/16/25. Not adhering to City and State policies may result in not being able to operate during the event.
Please check in before you set up at your location starting at 7:30am. Your numbered location is on the attached map. All vendors must stay within their designated assigned areas. Booths must be set up by 9:30am and stay until 4:30pm. Spots are subject to change, no vendor set up prior to check in. Failure to arrive before 9am will forfeit your spot.
