With festival registration now open, the Marigold Day & Founders Day Festival features a diverse lineup of performers, entertainment, and activities for the entire family. Taking place over one day in the heart of the city, attendees can explore multiple musicians and activities. VENDOR INFORMATION
ATTENTION VENDORS We are excited to have your participation on Saturday, June 13 for the Marigold Day Parade & Festival. Please read these important instructions so things run smoothly and we have a successful event.
All vendors must adhere to the state regulations. This means all retail merchants must collect sales tax and have business licenses. Food vendors must have their health department permits posted and visible. For more information call NK Health Department (859) 363-2027. The deadline to apply for a temporary health permit is 6/1/26. Not adhering to City and State policies may result in not being able to operate during the event.
Please check in before you set up at your location starting at 12pm. Your numbered location is on the attached map. All vendors must stay within their designated assigned areas. Booths must be set up by 2pm and stay until 9:30pm. Spots are subject to change, no vendor set up prior to check in. Failure to arrive before 1pm will forfeit your spot.

Early Bird Rates End May 2, 2026 Registration is complete once payment is made for the Marigold Day Parade. You can pay online, mail a check, or visit the Clerks Office at 400 N. Main St. Williamstown, KY 41097. Please make checks payable to the City of Williamstown. Note that early bird registration has closed. Explore our festival registration options below. Rates increase on May, 2, 2026.

Please note that there will be no electric available during the festival for this selection. If you're interested in participating as a vendor, and require electric make sure to complete the vendor application, and be aware of the vendor fees associated with it,
Early Bird 10x10 Booth with Electric $65
To enhance your experience at the Marigold Day Parade, consider our 10x10 add electricity option. This feature is especially beneficial for vendors who are completing their vendor application and want to ensure they have enough power for their setups. Be sure to review the vendor fees associated with your participation.
Early Bird 10x20 Booth $85
Please note that there will be no electric available during the festival for this selection. If you're interested in participating as a vendor, and require electric make sure to complete the vendor application, and be aware of the vendor fees associated with it,
Early Bird 10x20 Booth with Electric $100
To ensure your participation in the Marigold Day Parade, be sure to complete your festival registration. We also offer several sponsorship opportunities that can enhance your visibility at the event. If you’re interested in being a vendor, please submit your vendor application along with the applicable vendor fees to secure your spot.
Early Bird 10x30 Booth with Electric $130
To participate in the Marigold Day Parade, please note that the vendor application includes an additional charge for adding electricity, which totals $130. This is part of our festival registration process, where we also offer various sponsorship opportunities to enhance your experience.
