VENDOR INFORMATION
ATTENTION VENDORS We are excited to have your participation on Saturday, June 13 for the Marigold Day Parade & Festival. Please read these important instructions so things run smoothly and we have a successful event.
All vendors must adhere to the state regulations. This means all retail merchants must collect sales tax and have business licenses. Food vendors must have their health department permits posted and visible. For more information call NK Health Department (859) 363-2027. The deadline to apply for a temporary health permit is 6/10/26. Not adhering to City and State policies may result in not being able to operate during the event.
Please check in before you set up at your location starting at 12pm. Your numbered location is on the attached map. All vendors must stay within their designated assigned areas. Booths must be set up by 2pm and stay until 9:30pm. Reservations are for allotted space, vendors must bring their own canopy, table and chairs. Spots are subject to change, no vendor set up prior to check in. Failure to arrive before 1pm will forfeit your spot.
